​In 2018, I began taking fitness seriously, though I have been passionate about staying active my entire life, having played basketball since childhood. Like many people, I’ve faced obstacles that challenged my ability to pursue what I love. For me, this meant finding a way to continue playing basketball at the collegiate level. Determined to excel, I dedicated myself to studying and practicing what was necessary to improve my performance.

Throughout this journey, I discovered a natural affinity for health and fitness. Initially, I began helping friends and family, which eventually led to becoming a certified personal trainer. Thereafter, I started working with clients in various settings, including their homes, local parks, and even at the beach. My services ranged from one-on-one programs to small group sessions.

Today, I coach group classes at Trifecta Fitness in Downtown Oxnard; a boot-camp style facility, where I instruct my style of fitness during the week. In addition, I value my privilege to also give anyone the opportunity to "Change with Penny". I now offer a variety of services, making it more than possible for those in different situations to still have a chance for a CHANGE!
